DTC — Refund of online pass

I have applied for students bus pass online on 8th June and I has been rejected by dtc and they said that money will be refunded in 15 days .now on 28 th June I have not got my money refunded in my account and on dtc application status it is showing that the refund has been given but I have not got my money back yet till date

Dtc had rejected my dtc application form by giving resion that "face is not clear in photo".
So will I get refund of my application fee???

I have applied my student bus pass the bus pass has been rejected without showing any reason and I haven't received my money he will mention money will be reflected 7-15 days but i haven't received that's why I right the complaint ... Please refresh intiatite amount as same payment method bcz you will not issues my bus pass bus application is mentioned on photo please take action immediately as soon as possible
