Easy Go Trip — failure of refund

I had booked my flight scheduled from pune to chennai on the 10th of march 2019 having the trip id[protected] and flight number 9w-680 (Jet airways). The above mentioned flight was cancelled by the airlines citing "operational reasons" on the 28th of february 2019.

After which i have been in regular contact with the customer support and i receive only one standard reply - please initiate cancellation to process the refund. I have done the entire process 3 times. Even tried calling them on the numbers[protected] and[protected], and there is no response on the above numbers.

It has been 40 days since cancellation and i have not received any refund.

Please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.
