With due regard and reverence I hope that you will pay a kind attention towards the following few lines and extend the every possible help to me.
On 18/12/2015, I booked tickets from New Delhi to Srinagar for 19/12/2015 online using my Credit Card from easygotrip.com for an amount of Rs.6903.00.I received the ticket from the said agent vide Booking Id No:
ETHL5DPILG with the status of PNR as unconfirmed.While seeking confirmation of the tickets from the said agent over phone & email, I got no response. At about 12.00 at night on 18/12/2015 I got an email from some Rihan Khan of the agency that the tickets could not be confirmed due to hike in fare and the amount stands reversed to my easygotrip e-wallet user account which I can use for future bookings.I got very much worried as I had no money for further booking.I borrowed funds as the person who had to travel had under gone a heart surgery and was accompanied by an attendant.Despite lapse of one month & 25 days the said agent does not respond, neither over phone nor on email.When I login the e-wallet user account it shows that either the account is inactive or suspended.I wasted my hard earned money and found no other means than to seek help from your goodselves.
May kindly accede to my request & get my money back.
