I got dispatch email from eMudhra for token delivery (by Blue Dart) date of 5th Jan 2020. The email that I received about this has proper address.
But today is 8th January 2020 and I am still waiting for the token. I talked to customer care and the response is they have dispatched it from their side.
When I checked with Bluedart for courier tracking number, the courier is in different city due to invalid Pin Code labelled on the package. My address and pin code that I received in dispatch information email are correct. But only pin code is wrong on package. How come that be ?
Anyways, I need the token ASAP.
