I raised a request for green light blinking coz of which water isn’t getting filtered on Saturday the 30 January. Got a call from service engineer on 1 feb that he’ll come down. However today is 4 of feb and buying water. On calling him up I get an answer I can do whatever I please in terms of complaint it doesn’t bother him. Also been requesting for a back cover spare part for the last 6 months which hasn’t been taken care of. Every time the reply is given to another customer
