[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard crystal nxt uv+uf water purifier red light blinking issue

Recently i bought this model and very next day after installation (Oct 25, 2019) sensor fluctuating between red/green/blue colours. Customer support staff visited twice with no proper idea about the exact issue. Still the issue is not resolved.

Looks like this model itself has this flaw (Refer to https://www.consumercomplaints.in/eureka-forbes-red-light-blinking-c1737596).

Can i expect any help from this portal as the support staff looks unprofessional.

I had to make multiple calls to your customer support to escalate the issue and get it fixed.
Hopefully it will not repeat again.

My Eureka forbes crystal NXT is not working for warm and hot water function.

This happened before also and again the same issue arised.

This model is giving issue frequently and need proper support or replacement.
