I had called aquaguard customer care on june 23, 2019 (You can refer the service request from my mobile number) for water taste has been changed and there was yellow light was display ed in water purifier. I am using aquaguard revival nxt which was brought in november 2017.
The service guy came and said filter need to be changed and told the cost 4795 + service charge. We told to replace it. The replaced new one was having aquaguard label and we believe it as the technician was assigned from aquaguard only. New filter replaced on 25 the june 2019. After installation, water wastage was more which was around 10-12 liter for every one litre. It was taking almost one and half hour to fill the tank
Again i called up customer care on 21st jan 2020 for general service for checking water wastage. The service guy came 26 jan and said old filter was duplicate one and he showed us the new filter. We asked home to replace with original filter that he showed.
Aquaguard customer service itself duplicate product s had been installed and i paid 5k plues twice an year one on june 2019 and again on jan 2020. Was this information helpful? |
