I purchased aquagaurd uv water purifier – as - prime uv in the month of july 2015. Its amc was also taken in november 2016. It was working fine till now. During first week of september, one technician came to clean the filter. After he left, the water started leaking. Since then i have raised n number of complaints, technicians visit, but not able to correct the problem. There is no commitment for date and time of visit. The complaint is escalated also but no one contacts us. The lady, ms. Meenakshi, (V. R services eureka forbes ltd), who is actually responsible for its repair on behalf of eureka forbes, simple does not bother and keep making false promises.
