I had registered my complaint on 26/07/23 requesting service. They took 2 days to give a first visit and even then the problem was unresolved due to parts unavailability. After continuously calling the customer executives for hours the technician visited again and replaced the problematic part but there were some other issues of sensor and water overflow. He promised to resolve the issue within 48 hrs and the rest is history. I have tried each and every escalation level upto the CEO escalation but I receive the same hollow promise but at the end of the day there are no visits. The fact that I have reached this forum reveals that I have exhausted all methods and the issue still persists.
I am insured under the AMC but it is of no use if no one comes to service the machine. We have been surviving on bottled water for more than 10 days now and I see no sign of getting my machine serviced. If there was no AMC I would have got my machine serviced from a local technician who would give a visit the same day of the complaint and values his promises. Was this information helpful? |
