During the 1st week of Jan, 2023 – a complaint was raised for non-functional RO which was under AMC purchased for approx. 5200/- INR. Literally, harassed by the Eureka Team/Service Centre for over a month to fix a simple RO issue despite taken advance amount of an AMC legal contract. It was highlighted probably dozens of time since the follow up started in Feb 2nd week – Eureka’s accountability to Refund the loss incurred for their inability to fulfill the obligation under the AMC contract.
Had to purchase drinking water (20L can) for Family from outside market for over a month @~100INR each day. Chased Eureka Teams/Departments via emails with customer Teams and Anu Kotian/Vinath Hegde sitting on the case with no resolution. Refund (INR 3000/-) issue due from Eureka Forbes, hence lodged a consumer complaint for the same. Was this information helpful? |
