[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Service request not honored

I raised complaint on July 7th but without resolving the complaint I got feed back text for which I gave negative feedback. I called there customer care couple of time, the ready made answer is we will look into it ASAP, same thing with emails as well. I tried complaining through tweeter as well but no use, below are the ticket numbers so far for same request.

If this poor type of service given by this company continuously then stop purchase this water filter by all customer.
