[Resolved]  Exalt Consulting Placement Services [ECPS] — No Refund Processed and Took the registration fee again

ECPS first contacted me on 22nd Nov 2021 with a confirmed promise of placement and charged me Rs.5416/- for 3 months and if no placement is provided there would be confirmed refund. However, after payment they were never contactable to provide the refund form.

So, the series started and they gave me just 2 contacts for F2F interview and the email was sent the previous night which was seen by me at night so next day going for interview was not feasible. Apart from that there were series of some 8-10 emails confirming that my profile is shared and I would get a call but that call never come. They I do not think share any profile just a fake email to candidate.

This continues and as usual there were no placement done and I never got the email for refund and hence could not initiate any.

After that again on 3rd June Ms Megha Reddy calls me up to confirm that there is a ready vacany and for that they need the registration fees. I was not okay since I already had a bad experience with ECPS. On asking which company she is calling from she confirmed ECPS so I raised my concern to her and she was quick enough to share the Refund Form and asked me to repay again. She confirmed in many words that this is not fake and she has a role readily available. So I pay again. Post that neither she is contactable. Nor my previous refund is getting processed. Email chain in going on for last 2 months for previous refund.
