[Resolved]  Exalt Consulting Placement Services [ECPS] — Refund not given

I had enrolled for their services on Aug 26th 2022 for getting a job. I had clearly told them, i need job inside Manyata teck park and i was assured that lot of companies have requirement related to my skill inside Manyata and i will get it. However after that there was no call from anyone from the consultancy. Once in a while they will just send email that my resume is sent to xy comp (these companies are not known) . Then they will just send one mail to go and attend offline interview. Without even asking if i am interested for that company or can i manage that time for interview etc., they will send email. They wont even call after sending email. I had replied to 2 of their email saying " Please call me before scheduling the interview and i would need an online interview. So please call me, check and then schedule it.". However no one contacted about this concern.
I got a job by my own effort in Sep 2022. When i sent refund claim form, they came back saying some details are missing. Then after i gave the details, now they r saying, under some clause, this refund is rejected. As per them, they have scheduled interview and i didn't attend. However how can a person send if the person is not aware of it. he/She is not even intimated about it. IN spite of saying to call me and inform before scheduling, they didn't do it. They will send send some email about interview to some unknown companies and the say "you didnt attend it" during refund.
I would request you to help me get the refund as i didnt get any help from them. Even calling them is of no use as they dont pick up the phone. Let me now if i should send any email proof etc. I had paid 5416 and as i have got job by my own effort, need the refund.
