nonissiuance of warranty card of replaced battery

On[protected] I purchased an exide invatubular battery bearing sr. no . 82864 from a shop at Srinagar running under two heads i,e J. K. Stationers / Kashmir Motors M.A. Road Srinagar kashmir. The backup of the battery got reduced to more than 50% before the completion of one year which was under warranty period of 3 years .on approaching the said shop i was giuded to exide service station who declared the battery to be replaced .Any way...

New Battery Acid Leak

27 Jan 2010.
I had purchased Exide Battery for Two-Wheeler Model Scooty on 23 Jan 2010 from Jagdamba Automobiles, No. 43, Arcot Road, Porur, Chennai 600116, for Rs.865/- . On 24 Jan 2010, before mechanic could fit the new battery, acid has been leaked out completely. Lid has been broken. 7AO is the Manufacture Code and Sr.No 753488. Though I didn't get the receipt, I do have the Warranty Card, as issued by dealer - Jagdamba....

NON REPLACEMENT OF ORIGINAL EXIDE BATTERY

I had purchased an exide battery on 22.06.2007 which went out of order within one year of purchase i.e May 2008. The exide dealer M/s. Quilon Batteries,Prop.:Mr.Beson John, College Junction, Anchal, Kerala (Authorised dealer of Exide Battery) took away the original battery and replaced it with an old one of another brand, and till date they have not given back the original one. dealer refused to replace under warranty

replacement of damaged battery

My name is rajesh singh my invertor battery ExideIN1500 is damaged I bought this battery in january 2009 from dealer Kanodia sales ,satna. ( M.P.). dealer has collected damaged battery which is in gurantee period. 2weeks back for replacement but till date he has not provided the battery on asking he is replying that he has no new battery in the shop for giving you.so please look into the matter for justice....

Claim rejected within warranty

I purchased an Exide battery (12EB9-B) on 07/03/09 from Delhi since i was posted in Delhi at that point of time. I got transferred to Kanpur recently and faced problem with the battery. I approached dealer with complaint and they sent the battery for claim.
Claim was rejected after a month stating"Battery found in deep discharge condition, could not revive after recharging" This is not a manufacturing defect...

i have purchased one microtech inverter and excide battery from m/s shine electric at kharagpur-721301 and vat has been claimed @12.5% with VAT no-[protected].but as per govt norms VAT should be 4%.also another excide battery was purchased from the same dealer on 14/10/2008 for my indica with a VAT @12.5%.
