Not giving proper Backup

Dear Sir,
I have purchased exide batteries one month age in June
From Gaya Electronics, K. P. Road, Gaya - Pin 823001.
But the battery is not giving its proper backup.
When the complaint is made to the dealer they refused to change it with other one.
Also they have not sent any person to check.
If you can do any thing then please do it on priority basis....

self start

I HAVE PURCHASED A YAMAHA'S GLADIATOR FROM "NAVJAT YAMAHA " AT BHILWARA(RAJASTHAN)

Not Providing service

Dear sir

I have purchased two inverter plus Exide batteries for a 1400 va luminous invertor on 29.12.2007 (so warranty exist upto 29.06.2009) from a dealer R.K.BATTERIES, HUKULGANJ, VARANASI.

One of the battery (serial no. 4F7-19134) has been sent to service centre through my dealer R.K.BATTERIES on 14.05.2009 and I have been given a PRN NO. 10829 and a phone no.[protected] of service centre by my dealer....

delay warranty replacement

i had purched a ups battery bearing no.4/8-504568 of 12 volt from their auth dealer in raniganj from JJ CORPORATION on7/1/09.the battery was not working so i got touch with the dealer but the dealer is saying that it will take time.i asked the dealer how long will it take. first they said it will take one week.then i contacted the dealer after a week he said call me after a couple of days. after making so many calls and i did not get satisfactory...

Exide Bettry or Bajaj Bike Bettry Charger Not working.

Hi Sir,
I have purchased BAJAJ XCD bike from Dewan Auto, J-25, Centeral Market Lajpat Nagar- II, New Delhi. Ph[protected]. and got 1 year warranty Period for Exide Bettry used in bike.

But from last 2-3 Months Bike's Self Start (Easy Start) is not working and Head Light is not working Properly (Even not able to see at 10 feet distance in night).

I have gone 2-3 time to Exide Bettry Service Center...

I have purchased an EXIDE battery for HERO HONDA SPLENDOR on 20/08/08. It has a GAURANTEE coverage of 1 year (from the date of purchase). BATTERY GIVING LESS BACKUP

i had purchased this battery(exide inverter plus IN 1350 PLUS) on 22/04/2007 from royal international, birati, kolkata. After about 16 months it started giving less backup. In recent days during powercuts it runs for barely 1.5 hrs with only 1 fan and 1 light running. It should be running 6 points for about 4 hrs minimum. the royal international has closed its services. so i would request you to offer us a proper service of the battery....
