Very hostile, Inefficient customer care

It is highly unfortunate to narrate the horrific experience we had from the ill behaved & rude executives of Exide service care at Ghaziabad.
We purchased two Exide invatubular Gold batteries for residential use, (supposed to be the best available after assurance from dealer, priced almost 3 times the normal batteries ) .we chose for the most expensive batteries available just to have peace of mind as they carried replacement warranty...
