We have purchased a inverter from ranchi dealer m/s vision electronics. It's not working since last two months. I lodged a complain through toll free number complain no. Is ejha00002262v105 dated 12/05/17. A service person came and told that you contact with our company supervisor as discussed he told that above mentioned model has been closed by the company and parts are not available. Now he is not attending my phone. Several times i contacted in toll free number but no action taken by them. Was this information helpful? |
