Requesting for exchange of the EXIDE Battery.

We had purchased the EXIDE Battery in 12th May 2010,
After some days we had problem with Exide Battery. The Battery works only for ONE Hour using a light and max one TV switched ON.
But when we purchased it was said that 5 to 6 hours battery would work with 1 Light and 1 TV switched ON at a time.
Till now they have serviced the battery 4 to...

I am JATIN TANEJA from Faridabad.My is PH-[protected]. I purchased an exide battery from dealer Wadhwa Auto Spares in Faridabad . The date of purchase is 7/1/2011. The battery has a warranty of one year now battery is under warranty but it is not working. We sent battery to the dealer for repair but no repairing work is done by the dealer or exide industries limited.They did not repair the battery and they sent back to us in the same condition....

On 12/11/09 I have complained to my sailer as the battery is not giving any back up.The shop keeper give a paper with claim no. 3433 dt 12.11.09 to consult with the service center as it is under warrenty period.
