I have purchased a car battery model MHD 700, UEI 301509 on 07.07.2012 from M/S Satysheel Traders Raj Marg near Mahil Talab, Orai (District-Jalaun). performance of said battery is bad and now said battery has been not working in the car due to manufacturing defects and its charging capacity has been very weak that is why self of car is not moving and starting the car. Today on 24.12.2013 at about 03.00 P.M., When I have made said complaint to the above name dealer and handed over said defective battery to the dealer, He has taken the battery but not replaced the same under warranty. He is not given to me any written receiving of battery. Dealer is not replacing said battery under 18 months warranty.
