The subject item was delivered on 08.06.2019 in the A/N. The item was purchased for my wife who is suffering from pain in Knees of both legs. I have fixed the belts on both knees around 01 00 pm and within 15 minutes she felt severe burning sensation ob both knees and she could not bear any more. When I removed the belts I observed the there were bruises on the skin beneath the magnets in the belts. As my wife can longer be able to use these belts, I want to return these belts. I request you to arrange collect back the defective item and arrange refund of Rs 1368/- I have paid to my card account and oblige. Was this information helpful? |
