I have ordered for the subject item on payment of Rs 1368/- and the item was delivered on 08 Jun 2019 . The item was purchased for my wife who is suffering from knee pain. The belt was fixed to my wife's knees on the same day and within one hour she felt unbearable burning sensation and pain and on removal it was seen small races were formed beneath the magnet pieces. As such a complaint was lodged on 08.06.2019 and 09.06.2019. The complaint on 09.06.2019 was acknowledged on 10th June and I was asked to intimate the contact number. Few days latter one Mr Ashok Sharma contacted me and was asking for my card confidential details through which I have made the payment. I have refused to submit those details as per the instructions of my bank. This point was also intimated to Fabzz. Till date no response is received from Fabzz for collection of the defective item and refund of amount. Was this information helpful? |
