The subject item was delivered on 08.06.2019 in the A/N. The item was purchased for my wife who is suffering from pain in Knees of both legs. I have fixed the belts on both knees around 01 00 pm and within 15 minutes she felt severe burning sensation ob both knees and she could not bear any more.
