The subject item was received on 08.06.2019 and trial it was found the belt caused burning sensation and bruises beneath the magnets embedded in the belt. As such a complaint was lodged on 09.06.2019 and a confirmation mail was received, the company also requested me to provide the contact number (though this was provided at the time of placing order ) Subsequently a gentleman identifying himself as Ashok sharma requested me to provide my credit card details including CVV to initiate refund. For which I replied that this against the bank instructions banning parting information of card to anyone. He also promised collection of defective item soon. So far the defective item was collected nor the refund of amount of Rs 1368/- paid.I have been updating the customer care through 3 mails. Action to refund is still pending without any response. I saw advertisement on 16th December 2020 regarding eyebrow trimmer which is of Rs. 1590/-. I liked the product and ordered for it, payment has gone from my account but order was not placed. Kindly verify and revert my money.
