I ordered a "Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence 100ml Men & Women" and got a duplicate product after calling customer care they requested a replacement however the product is in no return policy they canceled the replacement.
When the product is wrong how can I keep it, I am requesting them to replace or refund the amount however Flipkart has made it it too difficult to trust.

I am writing this complaint to express my frustration with the non-delivery of my order from Flipkart. I placed an order for a new smartphone on 9th May, with an exchange of my old smartphone, and the delivery date was promised on 13th May. However, I had to leave for an urgent out-of-town work at 10 pm on the same day, and I was waiting for the order to be delivered before 7 pm.
I ordered Trevi Kaze Engineered Wood Single Box Bed (Finish Color - Wenge, Delivery Condition - Knock Down) on Apr 21, 2023 on flipkart and it got delivered to me on Apr 30, 2023.
I started facing issues right after the installation. I thought it was installation problem but then the tech person told its the quality issue and it cant be repaired and then i created a return in the concern of quality.
