Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered medicines in Flipkart Health Plus on 29.08.23 bearing order No [protected] for amount of Rs.2303 and the parcel was delivered to us on 01.09.23 evening. I opened the Parcel in evening at 8.15PM and found no medicines were placed in the Parcel and empty pads were inserted in the parcel and not even 1 tablet was available in the parcel.
Immediately I called customer care at 8.30PM and they took the complaint and told that they will check with the backend team and will revert back. I received a call on 02.09.23 and told that they will check and come back but I did not get any call from the team again even after several done by me almost 10-15 times.
I was completely disappointed that Flipkart people don’t know the importance of medicines and due to their this kind of behavior I missed the medicines for 5days which can do much harm to health.
So I would like to get refund along with compensation of 4 times of the amount paid by me as they were unable to deliver the medicines in time.
Your earliest action is highly appreciable.
