Flora Sensations — Complaining about refund money

My name is gauri, I'm from pune.
I had ordered 1 flower booke on feb 7, 2023 at 10:30 am (payment vide phonepay) and the was to be delivered to kota. The company at no time mentioned that they had problems with delivery to the said address. The delivery was supposed to happen between 11 am to 12 pm. I contacted the friend to check if they had received the cake and they said that they had not got anything.
And later on i message company regarding my refund but they not responding.
Please kindly pay attention on my complaint nd refund my all money as soon as possible
