I have made an order on the 19th June (#11235), it was a anniversary gift which has to be delivered on the 21st June. Exactly on the 21st June morning, I receive an email stating my order is cancelled. my amount Rs1699/- will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days. Not only you people spoiled the anniversary but failed to refund it even after a month. i have been sending multiple emails, but no response. they haven't even provided with a contact number also .Today it is 21st July. I request you to initiate the refund as soon as possible. my next step will be filing a case in consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
