I had ordered for my mother a cake and flowers for her birthday on 07 June 2024 which they cancelled on the same day in the evening.
Order #10850 | Cancelled
And received an email on my personal mail id.

Today is 18th day which my refund they have not given, sharing the screenshot of the order which was cancelled on there website page.
