I am writing to file a complaint with the consumer helpline regarding an issue with an order placed with Flora Sensations.
On March 14th, 2024, I placed an order for a cake with Flora Sensations, Order ID: 8659. Unfortunately, on the same day, I received a notification that my order had been cancelled. It has now been 11 days since the cancellation, and despite multiple attempts, I have not received a refund for the canceled order.I have attempted to contact Flora Sensations regarding this matter, but have not received a satisfactory response. As a result, I am seeking assistance from the consumer helpline to resolve this issue and ensure that I receive the refund owed to me.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that I receive the refund promptly.
