Flora Sensations — Refund yet to be received

Had purchased a cake online from Flora Sensations on March 20th evening around 9 pm in few mins received an email stating cake order has been cancelled due to operational issues even after the stipulated timeline mentioned in the email am yet to get the refund.

Looks like it's a SCAM and many customers have faced similar issues recently. Can you please let me know how to go about in getting the refund.
