Food Panda — about food delivery

I ordered food online at 2:20 pm on 19th sep, got notification that it will be delivered in 30 mins, but i didn't got any call or sms, only getting notification from app that food is delivered. Also i tried contacting their support through chat but no one is responding.
Order i'd - a904-1go4
Now i am unable to contact foodpanda for refund, also did not got food on time.
