I have cancelled my order but I have paid already to while placing the order through Paytm, since I have cancelled the order food was not delivered and it has been a week since then and they haven't refunded the money

On sept 8th, I ordered 3 times food but it got cancelled and my money has been debited from my account it’s been a 20 days still i didn’t get my money.May i know the reason behind it and I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible
