Food Panda — account related issues

My food panda account is blocked due to unauthorized use of coupon codes.
I am not understanding how i can use coupon code like they say because they only sent the code and they are blocking and it is not fair.
I am sharing my account - [protected]@gmail.com kindly unblock me for further use.

I had contacted customer care so many times. The main problem is it will take half an hour to connect with customer care and they are not responding properly...

Hi Team,

I am not able to order of foods in the Foodpanda App. Please refer attached the screenshot and resolve the problem at earliest.

Error message is - "There seems to be a problem with your account."

If any blocks in my account, please unblock i always love to eat outside foods.

Please look into this ASAP.
