Food Panda — blocked my account without any valid reason

Hi, My food panda account is blocked due to unauthorized use of coupon codes. I am not understanding how i can use coupon code like they say because they only sent the code and they are blocking and it is not fair. I am sharing my account - [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly unblock me for further use. I had contacted customer care so many times. The main problem is it will take half an hour to connect with customer care and they are not responding properly. if they not provide the order in time or not provide customer care service regarding any query then they will closed your business and stop fraud to common man.
