Food Panda — cancellation of order

Firstly, please ensure that the restaurants listed on your portal are policy bounded. I ordered food from foodpanda on 23rd sept and done the payment through phone pay app. The payment was done and after 15 minutes, i got the message that my order is cancelled, however the payment is not refunded. This is really annoying!! Such restaurants should be penalized and the customer should be given some sigh of releif.

I placed an order at 7:00 pm and after 9:00 pm order canceled and customer care simply saying at late night order canceled and we are refunding money
and money will refund in 10days
this is totally a cheap trick to hold public money
they wasted my time and I suffered a lot without food
