[Resolved]  Food Panda — Cheating and scam

I have ordered dominos pizza through food panda, however the order got cancelled and the amount got deducted from my bank account and they sent an message to me informing that the refund will be done within 7 working days. When i realized that the amount was not refunded back to the account i had chat with them they informed that the refund will processed by the dominos as they have their own payment gateway so, i contacted mr. Beeman sarkar (Branch supervisor dominos) he said that its the food panda who has to refund the amount. I have been bounced back and around with no proper response and solution. I have the reference number and chat transcripts recorded. I will make sure i will raise this issue to the concerned highest hierarchy in the judicial system.
