After my order: r0zb-btdu was cancelled, i was informed that refund would be processed within 24 hours. After 2 days i chatted with their customer care and was informed that it will be processed within 5 days. Even after 5 days no refund. Moreover the customer care agents did not check the order id and told refund has been processed for another order id. Twice i was informed that it has been escalated but no one checked that it had already been escalated. This shows that they didn't even check.
