My food was not delivered to me and the status changed to delivered. When i tried to contact support through chat no one is available to help me out. This is not expected from foodpanda. Moreover, the delivery boy did not even contact me to ask the address and all. When i contacted to delivery boy he told me he took the food. The delivery boy told my salary is very less, so i will disturb the customer. Online payment was my biggest mistake i think.
