Food Panda — did not get refund for cancelled order

I ordered a brownie waffle shake on 23 september for rs. 9
Reference id is below
Transfer to[protected]
However the order was cancelled and i did not get any refund till date.
It's not about rs 9 but the service provided is not working as per expectation.

First of all the order should not have been cancelled. If cancelled the refund process must be initiated as soon as possible.

Request you to please look into this issue and return my money back.
