Food Panda — didn't receive the prepaid order and got no response from the support team

This order was placed on 17 september 2018. Order id w0go-6msj. The order was prepaid amounting to around 100 rupees. For the initial 3 hours it kept on showing that your order is being prepared and then all of a sudden it changed to order delivered (No time difference between when the order dispatched and order delivered). And when trying to contact through the chat help feature, only got the automated responses. Even sent them mail twice which again was automated replied at that instant saying that they will get in touch in 8 hours but it has been 1 week now and still no response from their side.

In app i am applying coupons, but it showing you don't have coupons. Mobile [protected] and in my coupons are showing but they are not applying to me.
