Food Panda — food delivery system

I have ordered food but order were cancelled. I am still waiting for refund. Whenever i contacted chat support and asked about refund, they do not respond. I sent email also but did not get response other than informing me that the refund was processed. Order numbers are "e6yw-x9lk" it is not a question of money as the amount is nine rupee but trust and money is money. I feel cheated..
