I have ordered food around 1 pm from one of restaurant which is near to me, but food panda not delivered in 3 hrs also. Also i have not received any kind of intimation till now.

Its really frustrating. I trying to cancel my order, even for that the person in chat is not active enuf to respond my concern. Its really horrible service.

After following up multiple times also there is no response from them.

And they cancelled order by themselves without intimating me.

Order #b0ey-9cch was placed at 1:25 and payment was made through paytm.
Its been approximately one and a half our and still haven't recieved my order.
I contacted the cafe and they said the delivery boy was not there. I am furious with the type of service.

Sir mere bhai ne foodpanda me join hone ke liye apni purani nokri chhod di or abhi vo sirf foodpanda hi karta he leki 1st week barabar payment aayi lekin ab ki baar sirf 550rs aaye jabke 7 days 10:30 to 12:00am tak online raha he abhi wo ro rahahe plzzz help him my brother's number is [protected]

Ordered food three times from foodpanda and every time they accepted the payment and after some time cancelled the order displaying that because of short of delivery boys. They are saying to refund my money but till date no refund has been given.
