Food Panda — food/ I am complaining about my refund

I had ordered from subway the food was not delivered, when enquired about it your customer care person told the ordered was not confirmed and the refund will be done in 48 hours to your paytm account it's been 5 days i still did not get my refund. I kindly request you to reply immediately
