Food Panda — food items not delivered

I haven't received my food, later delivery guy call me and ask for the password because he was in trouble and later on he switched off his phone . I'm trying to contact food panda but i haven't received and message from there end as well and this is not the first time this has happened before as well and soo many time money got deducted but food wasn't delivered.

Ordered egg biryani from hotel mayuri Banglore. Wasnt up to the mark egg smells yuck and rice was not fresh after eating suddenly my stomach ache starts.
