We have tieup with foodpanda a month ago for our restaurant in electronic city phase 1, bangalore area.
Restaurant name: foodleshop
Restaurant code : s5bo
This is 3rd time am complaining about the android app problem of food panda ordering app.
Previously i sent the issue with screenshots also. Now also am not able to place orders from android app its keep on rolling especially in mornings. None of the android users are able to place orders in mornings due to some technical issue.
Its shame that one of the big delivery system across the world doesn't have a single app and technical staff to maintain the app in backend.
Due to foodpanda problem i lost most of the business since we are opened since morning 6.30 am - 11.30 am.
I want food panda to compensate for my loss with a clear explanation also. Otherwise i would proceed legally.
I would take this technical issue seriously since its directly affecting my business and causing loss for us for the past one month since we tie up with you.
I suggest FoodPanda to maintain some good technical team 24/7.
