Food Panda — food panda money not refunded of my order canceled by food panda

I ordered food from food panda on 8 oct 2018 at 12:51pm. Order code. E6tg-kk5i and paid via onlinw payment. My money was deducted and the order was placed but they cancelled my order.in food panda app its clearly mentioned that if you paid through wallet you will get money back in 4 hrs or if you paid through any other method you will get your money back in maximum 7 to 10 working days. I complaint many times but they always give me only excuses.. Its a clear case of online fraud.
