Food Panda — food panda order cancelled but no refund done

I ordered food on 22nd from food Panda endorsed restaurant Singla and the food order was cancelled by them after 2 hours.still waiting for refund even though according to policy it says within 4 hours they refund to wallet.moreover there is no customer care number to complain.pathetic service...never going to order from here... They r looting us in the name of food order
