Food Panda — food was not delivered but the status changed to delivered

My food was not delivered to me and the status changed to delivered. When i tried to contact support through chat no one is available to help me out. This is not expected from foodpanda. Moreover, the delivery boy did not even contact me to ask the address and all. I think the delivery boy took the food along with him and ate it. Online payment was my biggest mistake i think.

First thing I didn't get my refund.and second when you don't wanna provide then why are you keeping offers.seriously your is disgusting.if you can't do your properly then why you people try to attract customers by those offers.
