When rain falls food panda update message on their ordering site and app saying "please note that order delivery might get delayed due to bad weather/traffic conditions" "got it/thanks" and customer clicks on "got it/thanks" and place the order, once restaurant accept the order (Due to rain, there may be more orders and conditions will be bad) after regular time (Let's say restaurant usual delivery time is 1 hour) food panda/customer calls the restaurant and asks about status. When clearly while ordering it self it saying your order may get delayed but customer expect food in 1 hour, we can't blame customer but food panda it sel[censored]pdated that pop up on their systems and they keep on bugging restaurants and says as it is delayed you have to give complementary to customer or they update at back end saying order declined, though food delivered may be 30 to 45 mins late and that money will not pay to vendor saying as this is complementary to customer.
This is completely cheating and some customers intentionally utilizing this.
Govt of india please take action on this due to this food is wasting and more people cheating restaurants with the name of food panda complementary policy, and food panda is cheating vendors.
