Food Panda — foodpanda order not delivered but money deducted

First of all, they deduct the money and most of the times restaurants reject the order. Secondly, even if they accept the order the delivery services are bad. Today we ordered food, we waited for 1 hour and we get a message stating that the food is delivered. Meanwhile got no call or message from foodpanda delivery guy. Their customer service is worse than expected. They don't have a working customer care number and only support you can get is via chat. And as expected they don't respond even after hours...
